Verti'Vouise is a short uphill foot race in Voiron. It begins at Place de la Republique in the city center and ascends to the base of the Notre Dame de la Vouise tower. The race is held as part of the Telethon, with all proceeds directed to the cause. Thus, the event serves as a local charity effort and a test of climbing ability.
The route spans 2.6 km and gains 400 meters, presenting a direct vertical challenge rather than a typical road race. Approximately 120 runners participate, starting in the late afternoon from central Voiron towards the Notre-Dame-de-Vouise statue overlooking the town. Objectif Sure, the organizers of the Trail du Circuit de la Sure, also organizes this race.
