Vinotrail - Montpeyroux is a trail running event held in November in Montpeyroux, with all races beginning in the hamlet of Barry. The Magnum route covers 14 km with 550 m of elevation gain, and the Jéroboam route is 29 km with 1,200 m of climbing. A third, newer trail option is 30 km with 1,350 m of elevation gain.
The event incorporates local wine culture alongside the running. Aid stations provide standard sports nutrition and regional products, with wine tasting available on the course and at the finish. The entry fee covers a meal after the race. The 14 km course is also open to walkers, while the longer distances offer a more challenging experience for climbers above the village.
