Bay2Bay Coastal Run 2027

The Bay2Bay Coastal Run covers approximately 10 miles point to point along the Northumberland coast, beginning at Druridge Bay and concluding in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. Organized by VO2MAX Racing Events, the run takes place in February with a 9:30am start. The primary event is a marked coastal trail run featuring live chip timing, and a Canicross option is available for participants with one controlled dog. The course incorporates beaches, cliff paths, and coastal trails, resulting in varied terrain unlike a standard road ten-miler. Participants must arrange their own transportation as the start and finish locations are in different towns.
