Brewers 5K & 10K 2026

The Brewers 10K & 5K begins and ends at Burton Albion’s Pirelli Stadium, making the football ground the focal point. This is a closed-road running event in Burton upon Trent, held in October, with the 10K commencing before the 5K. The race uses chip timing, features distance markers for each kilometre, and provides water stations along the route. The course proceeds through Stretton and Rolleston-on-Dove, offering open views of the Staffordshire countryside before runners head back to the stadium. RunThrough organizes the event in partnership with Burton Albion, and the race coincides with the club’s anniversary events. A past edition attracted over 1,000 participants, and the event is intended for club runners, those attempting their first 10K, 5K runners, Burton Albion supporters, and local families. Participants receive a themed medal, complimentary race photos, refreshments after the race, and items from partners at the finish line.
