Divorce Day Defib Fundraiser 2026

The Divorce Day Defib Fundraiser begins at The Unicorn Inn in Little Dawley, Telford. Participants can select one, two, or three laps, covering 8 miles, 16 miles, or a marathon distance, respectively. This June race takes place on mixed paths and tracks in Shropshire, commencing at 9:00 am, and all proceeds benefit the Defib Fund. How Hard Can It Be Events is the organiser, a fitting name for an event that embraces a humorous approach and a fancy-dress theme. The route incorporates sections of the Silkin Way, Rough Park, and the Valley of Ironbridge, including a crossing of the Ironbridge itself. Completing one lap finishes the 8-mile race, two laps constitute the 16-mile option, and three laps make up the marathon.
