About this race
The Elmbridge 10K starts and finishes on the running track at Xcel Sports Hub. The route follows a section of the Thames towpath and local roads. On the towpath, runners will encounter oncoming traffic; organizers advise "Keep to the right on this section." Timing includes both "Chip to chip timing" for "Personal Time" and "Gun time" for "Race Time." Results and prizes are based on Race Time. Entries are "non-refundable." All finishers receive a medal. Cash prizes are awarded to top runners and age categories, with team trophies also available. Headphones are permitted, but participants "accept full responsibility for your own safety" as roads remain open and marshal instructions are paramount.
