About this race
The Fighter 5k, a 'grass roots event, run by runners for runners,' is held in the former RAF Great Massingham. This flat, fast 5K is a single lap on the perimeter track and runways, with a concrete surface offering great PB potential. All finishers receive a unique Fighter 5k sew-on military style patch, and age group winners gain free entry to the following year's race. Participation supports the East Anglian Air Ambulance and The Purfleet Pantry.
