Great Barrow Challenge Day 5 - 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Full Marathon or Ultra Marathon 2026

Day 5 of the Great Barrow Challenge features the Dalham Kiln Half Route. This course is designed for runners to test their limits. It's "Your race, your pace, your distance!" As this is a cupless event, bring your own bottles or cups. Finish at the Suffolk Running Centre to earn a bespoke medal.
