Ipswich Twilight 10K, Family Wave and Daily Mile 2026

Ipswich Twilight is an evening race held at Ipswich Town Football Club in Ipswich, with races commencing at 6:30 pm. The primary event is a 10K race open to participants aged 15 and above. The event also features a 2K Family Fun Run and a Daily Mile for participating schools. The Family Fun Run is designed for families and individuals new to running. Children aged 5 to 12 are registered at the child rate, and participants aged 13 and older are registered at the adult rate. Children under 5 and those in prams may accompany a paying adult. Runners under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult. All paid entries for the Family Fun Run will receive a medal. Regarding headphones, only bone-conduction sports headphones are permitted. Use of traditional in-ear, over-ear, or earbud headphones may lead to disqualification.
