Kettlewell Anniversary Fell Race

This fell race, first run in 2009, presents a challenging but manageable course. It winds mostly over grass with some boggy sections. Runners face an initial steep ascent to the fell's crest, then a quick drop to Arncliffe, followed by a final tough climb. The descents are swift and enjoyable. A unique prize awaits the first man and woman to capture the 'rat runner' and its accompanying rat. Secure the rat, bring it back, and win the prize!
