Kilomathon 13.1K 2027

Kilomathon 13.1K is an Edinburgh run starting at Ocean Terminal at 8:30am, offering runners a distance beyond the typical 10K. The series also features a 6.5K for those progressing from 5K races and a 2.6K Mini Kilomathon for children aged 6 to 14. The distances are designed to fill gaps between standard race formats. The 13.1K course follows Edinburgh’s cycle path network, going past the Royal Yacht Britannia and Victoria Park, and concluding before the West Stand at BT Murrayfield Stadium. It serves as good training for a half or full marathon, or for runners seeking a race longer than 10K but shorter than 13.1 miles. GSi Events organizes the event, with Macmillan as the official charity partner, offering both charity places and own-place fundraising.
