Knaresborough Crag Rat Run 2026

Run the 'Crag Rat' route, named for Knaresborough's local nickname. The course starts at the Cricket Club, leading through trails and woodland before descending the crag to a fast path by the River Nidd. You'll follow a narrow riverside path, cross near the Petrifying Well, and then ascend the crag to the finish. A medal and goody bag are included. All ability levels can participate.
