About this race
METRIX Cardiff challenges teams of two with five intense workout stations: Ski Erg, Burpees Over Line, Row Erg, Bike Erg, and Shuttle Runs. The competition uses a You-Go-I-Go format. A £7500 prize pool and live DJ sets will be featured.
