Midland Mencap's Sutton Park Challenge
Sunday, October 4, 2026 · Birmingham, United Kingdom
About this race
Midland Mencap's Sutton Park Challenge offers multiple distances within Sutton Park, Birmingham: 1km, 5km, and 10km. Participants can run, jog, walk, or wheel. The 1km and 5km are open to all ages, and the 10km is for those aged 15 and older.
The course is on hilly terrain within the park but accommodates wheelchairs and pushchairs. It is marked with signs and marshals, and includes water stations, medical support, and manual timing. Registration takes place at the race village near Town Gate Car Park. Accessible toilets and a changing area at the Clifton Road Centre are available. Disabled runners may have a supporter or carer join them without additional charge. There is no time limit, all finishers receive a medal, and dogs on leads are permitted.
