Richmond Rewind 2027

Richmond Rewind is a chip-timed 5-mile road run in Richmond, starting and finishing at Richmondshire Rugby Club. It is held in May under UK Athletics rules, with entries for adults only. The race uses open roads, so runners share the route with traffic, cyclists, pedestrians, and marshals. Bone-conducting headphones are the only type permitted. The course includes inclines and declines, passing Richmond landmarks before returning to the rugby club. The event has a retro theme: runners can use a decades playlist, from disco-era tracks through 00s music, though no music is played on the course itself. Finishers receive a medal and retro sweets. The clubhouse will host a DJ, food for purchase, and the bar will be open from midday.
