About this race
The RNLI Tower Run challenges participants to ascend 58 floors and 1,500 stairs within 22 Bishopsgate, located in central London. This event is the UK’s tallest and most demanding tower run. It takes place between 9am and 2pm, with a £35 registration fee and a required £150 fundraising goal per runner.
The ascent is brief in distance but intense in exertion, consisting solely of stairs leading upwards towards the London skyline. The building is situated on the ground where the RNLI originated over two centuries ago, connecting the fundraiser to the charity’s historical roots and its ongoing mission to save lives along the UK coast and the tidal Thames in London. Participants who complete the climb receive a medal and a t-shirt.
