Run Henham 2026

Run Henham takes place entirely within Henham Park, the private estate near Southwold that also hosts the Latitude Festival. The main event is a chip-timed 10K for runners aged 15 and over. Shorter options include a 5K and a 1K fun run for all ages. The fun run starts at 09:30, followed by the 10K at 10:00, setting up the morning for both family runners and those seeking a timed result. The course remains within the park grounds, offering an autumn run through a venue typically associated with festival stages rather than races. EPIC Norfolk organises the event, and every entry includes a bespoke medal. The 10K also offers charity entry for runners fundraising for Big-C or East Anglian Air Ambulance; the entry fee is refunded once the runner raises at least £100 through the official page. Race numbers can be posted for a small extra charge or collected on race day, and official race T-shirts are available as an add-on.
