South Downs Trail Run 2026

The South Downs Trail Run takes place at Goodwood Racecourse, offering 21K, 16K, and 12K routes within the South Downs National Park. Over 1,000 participants start, and a canicross option is available for those running with dogs. The routes feature rolling hills, forest tracks, and sections of the South Downs Way, beginning and ending at the racecourse. Runners descend into East Dean before ascending back towards the finish.
