The Olympia 1K Children Race is a short Sunday-morning run for children in Ancient Olympia, Elis. It covers 1 km and is organized by Olympia Marathon, with the race window listed from 08:25 to 08:40.
The field is for primary school students aged 6 and above, and parents must give consent for minors to enter. The program also includes a 1 km category for athletes with disabilities. Bibs are collected the day before at the Ancient Olympia Town Hall, in the ground-floor Multipurpose Hall. Every finisher receives a medal, while the first boy and first girl in each age category receive trophies.
