From Gutman Borpince, at the former Kötcse brewery site, the route goes directly into the Gránárium slopes and nearby woods. This first edition trail offers a straightforward objective: run or hike to Csillagó peak, "conquer the roof of Somogyország," traversing autumn vineyards and forests instead of paved paths.
Expect genuine trail terrain for nearly the entire distance, featuring undulating, hilly sections that challenge the legs without requiring alpine difficulty. The longer route includes Csillagó, Almán-tető, Szkíta Golgota, and the enchanting Fehérkő Vára, with views of Lake Balaton appearing through breaks in the trees. Separate starts are provided for children, hikers are also welcome, and longer distance runners receive unique items reflecting the wine-country setting: small snacks with wine jam and a wine glass included in their race pack. Csillagó is the second highest point in Somogy County, crowned by an old geodetic tower that can be observed but not entered.
