Telihold Kerékpáros Túra 2026

The Kis Duna promenade, near the tent at the Szent Istvan Strandfurdo entrance on Malom utca, serves as the starting and finishing point for the Telihold Kerekparos Tura 2026. This cycling tour follows the Danube's riverbanks, organized by a local club, utilizing the riverside bike paths around Esztergom and extending towards designated turn points such as Adriai-obol, Ipolydamasd, and Kismaros. The tour features continuous rolling starts rather than a mass start, allowing participants to settle into a long ride without competitive positioning. The course traverses "both sides of the Danube" and concludes back at the Kis Duna promenade. Control-point opening times dictate the tour's pace. Families are welcome; riders under 12 require adult accompaniment, and those under 18 need parental consent. A unique aspect is its role as an Olympic challenge points-collecting stop, where registered participants can earn points redeemable for future rewards.
