May to mid-September feels like the main outdoor block, with warm to very warm days and sudden heavy showers, especially in May and June. Mid-September to late October suits long runs, gravel, cyclocross legs, and anchor races like Budapest Marathon or Piros85. Winter changes the rhythm from November to early March, because cold days, frequent snowfall, little sunshine, and freezing nights push both runners and cyclists toward shorter loops.
