43 ^ CAMMINATA DI SAN PROSPERO

The Camminata di San Prospero is an 11.5 km road race held in Reggio nell'Emilia, Italy, each October. Now in its 43rd edition, it is a well-established local event. Participants begin at Centro Soc. La Fornace, a city social club, with the adult race covering the same 11.5 km distance as in recent years. This race is part of the local UISP running calendar, which includes the Gran Prix UISP Reggio Emilia, the UISP RE road team championship, and the Reggiovani UISP RE series. Consequently, the participants are expected to include club runners competing for points, younger athletes from the Reggiovani circuit, and local residents participating in the San Prospero community race.
