Granfondo Matildica - Cicloturistica is a road cycling event held in Reggio Emilia, Italy, each September as part of the Granfondo Matildica program. The cicloturistica offers participants three marked route options: a 71 km Corto with 700 m of elevation gain, a 126 km Medio with 1,450 m, and a 153 km Lungo with 2,150 m. The routes are similar to the Granfondo and Mediofondo formats, which are listed at approximately 155 km with 2,100 m of elevation and 119 km with 1,400 m. ASD Cooperatori organizes the event. The Matildica name is also found in UCI Gran Fondo World Series listings, connected to the Beltrami TSA Challenge and a previous European championship.
