Il Miglio Idroswim

Il Miglio Idroswim is an open-water swim on Lake Idro in northern Italy. Athletes gather at Via Lungo Lago Vittoria in Crone. Swimmers can select a 1 nautical mile (1,852 metres) course or a half mile (926 metres). The event is non-competitive, though chip timing and rankings are offered. The day accommodates a wide range of swimmers, from novices to experienced open-water athletes, with distinct briefings and starts for the Sprint, Classic, and Double groups. Course maps are available beforehand. Minors require a release form. Amenities include parking, a children's area, photography, and a participant race package.
