Le Vie del Latte Gravel

Le Vie del Latte Gravel is a countryside cycling excursion around the Latteria Soresina area, focusing on farm roads, farmsteads, dairy farms, and the local milk supply chain. Organized by ASD Pedale Soresinese with the dairy, it offers routes for competitive cyclists, casual gravel fans, and families. The longer routes are 45 km and 90 km. Families can take a short 4 km ride that includes a farmstead visit and a virtual tour of Latteria Soresina. The routes utilize white roads, embankments, paths, cycle paths, and quiet secondary roads open to traffic. They avoid steep climbs and technical sections, meaning a specialist bike is not required. The event also provides on-site lunch, camper parking from the evening before, a visit to the Bicycle Museum, and access to a nearby public swimming pool.
