Lessinia Legend Run is a trail-running series on the paths of Lessinia, the mountain and plateau area north of Verona in northern Italy. It is held in early September and offers five single-loop distances: 10 km, 20 km, 30 km, 47 km, and 65 km, plus a non-competitive 10 km option for runners who want the short route without racing it.
The longer races are steep enough to feel like real mountain days: the 65 km LUX route climbs 4,805 m, while the 47 km route climbs 3,460 m and awards 3 ITRA points. The middle options are still demanding, with 1,970 m of gain over 30 km and 1,028 m over 20 km; even the 10 km has 490 m of climbing. The event is moving into its ninth edition, so it is still relatively young, but the range of distances gives it room for both local trail runners and people chasing ITRA points on a harder course.
