Maratona Maga Circe

Maratona Maga Circe begins at the port of San Felice Circeo, directing marathoners along the Lazio coast toward Sabaudia. The primary event is the full 42.195 km marathon, with a competitive 29 km option, a 10.6 km race, and a 2.5 km Family Walk for those seeking a shorter, non-competitive outing. In Corsa Libera organizes the event under FIDAL, with assistance from Sabaudia and San Felice Circeo. The marathon is listed on the World Athletics Global Calendar and the national FIDAL calendar as a Bronze event. The full marathon and 29 km race follow a point-to-point course: they start at San Felice Circeo’s port, proceed along the shoreline, and conclude in Piazza del Comune in central Sabaudia. The 10.6 km race and Family Walk are based entirely within Sabaudia, starting and finishing in the same square. Circeo National Park is one of the local supporters, aligning with the route's location between coastal roads, the Circeo area, and the two towns associated with the Maga Circe name. The event is in its seventh edition.
