Memorial Giabbani

Memorial Giabbani is a competitive 9.52 km running race held in Masone, within the Genoa area of Liguria. The race begins at 09:30 from Parco di Villa Bagnara, which also serves as the Red Cross headquarters, with runners assembling there starting at 07:00. The course consists of a mix of asphalt and dirt paths, positioning it more as a local road-and-trail event than a flat city 10K. The start and finish lines are both located within the park. This setup keeps the race focused on Masone, avoiding the need for runners to travel between different locations. ASD CORRINVALLESTURA is the organizing body, with assistance from the Municipality of Masone, UISP, the local Red Cross committee, ANC volunteers, and Gruppo Sportivo Città di Genova. Participation is open to individuals aged 16 and above, who must possess valid competitive medical certification.
