Trail Parco Monti Lucretili

Trail Parco Monti Lucretili is a 16.5 km trail race based in Monteflavio, in Lazio, with a 10:00 a.m. start and 720 metres of climbing. It runs inside the Parco Naturale Regionale dei Monti Lucretili, so this is a short but demanding mountain-park race rather than a road run. The course uses technical paths through the Monti Lucretili park, with enough elevation to make pacing matter from early on. Results show a club-runner field, with athletes from teams such as A.S.D. Atletica Futura Roma, ASD Top Trail, and A.S.D. Runners Avezzano at the front; the winning time was 1:24:01, and the first female finisher ran 1:42:35. The event is still young, with its second edition already using the park setting as the main draw.
