VI^ Corsa del Ricordo

The VI Corsa del Ricordo is a morning road race in Rome’s Giuliano Dalmata quarter, starting at 9:00 from Via Oscar Senigaglia. ASI organizes the event, and the field is expected to pass 1,000 runners, higher than the already strong numbers from earlier editions. The route is centered on Giuliano Dalmata rather than Rome’s tourist core. The front of the women’s race includes Ukrainian national athlete Sofiia Yaremchuk, who runs for Acsi Italia Atletica and has a 1:11:59 half-marathon best, while Sara Carnicelli, Italy’s junior 3000m steeplechase champion, is also listed among the starters. City, municipal, FIDAL Lazio, and Federesuli officials are due to send the runners off.
