3uursestafette Stadskanaal

The AG Solar 3uursestafette is a three-hour relay race held in Stadskanaal, Groningen, starting at Sportparklaan. Teams of up to five runners each complete a 1.5-kilometer lap, aiming to cover the maximum distance within the three-hour time limit. The event is organized by Runners Stadskanaal and was formerly known as the AG Solar 5x5 Estafette. The short lap allows for varied pacing strategies: one runner might focus on speed, another on consistency, with the team continuously rotating participants for the entire duration. This race is designed for colleagues, families, friends, and club members, as well as competitive runners, featuring a recreational category that emphasizes participation.
