AVH 1 km, 3 km, 5 km baanloop 2026

The AVH 1 km, 3 km, and 5 km track runs are a straightforward evening series in Hoofddorp. Athletics Club Haarlemmermeer organizes them on the first Monday of each month, from April to July and again from September to December. Races begin at 8:00 PM. Registration is available just before the start in the AVH canteen at Arnolduspark, with a nominal entry fee. All events take place on AVH’s synthetic athletics track, offering a controlled, flat environment distinct from a road race. The 5 km is suitable for runners who can sustain a pace for roughly 30 minutes and wish to compete. Standard running shoes are adequate, as the track surface provides ample cushioning. Results are posted on the club website. The autumn series counts the best three of four runs, and the evening also features a start-number lottery and prizes for the top three male and female finishers.
