Goede Doelen Molentocht

The Goede Doelen Molentocht starts from the DTC de Mol clubhouse on Vogelaarsweg. This local club ride focuses on "sportsmanship and supporting a good cause," with Stichting Voor Sara as the beneficiary, as riders cycle for children with rare muscle diseases. The routes traverse the Hoeksche Waard and the island of Dordrecht, utilizing low-traffic roads and quiet cycle paths, with characteristic windmills frequently visible. The event welcomes all participants, from families on standard bicycles to dedicated road cyclists, and offers staffed rest stops for refreshments. Following the ride, attendees can enjoy a barbecue lunch, a raffle, a bouncy castle, and the Dikke Banden Race, offering children a chance to cycle on the track.
