Inofec Maastunnelloop

The Inofec Maastunnelloop is a paved road race in Rotterdam, starting and finishing at Parkkade on the riverfront. Held in November, it offers distances from 1 km to 10 km, catering to children, beginners, walkers, wheelchair users, and runners aiming for the full 10 km. EPIC Sports & Business organizes the event, which has a participant cap of 10,000. The route incorporates notable Rotterdam landmarks, passing through the Maastunnel and alongside the Erasmus Bridge, with Katendrecht as a destination. The event also features a Funrun, a virtual run option, a training loop, and sportive walking, expanding its scope beyond a typical 10K. Each year, the race supports a charity; Stichting Vrienden van Rijndam has been the beneficiary for multiple editions, directing funds towards items such as interactive sports and play equipment for children and an adapted home designed to aid rehabilitation patients in transitioning back to daily life.
