Lage Vuursche Ultra

Lage Vuursche Ultra is a 50 km trail race in Baarn, Utrecht, run in autumn around Kampeerterrein De Zeven Linden. It is a forest-heavy ultra rather than a mountain race, with a modest elevation profile and long stretches on lanes, forest paths, singletrack, and heathland near the village of Lage Vuursche. The route goes through deciduous and coniferous woods, including birch, oak, and rowan, and shifts between enclosed forest and more open heath. Runners navigate the full course by GPX, with aid stations no more than 15 km apart and another at the finish. Finishers receive a UTMB Index, and the race also sits within the Dutch Ultra Series.
