Najaarstocht Esbeek

Najaarstocht Esbeek is an autumn off-road cycling day organized by MTB-club Esbeek in the Kempen region. Participants can select a mountain bike route of 30, 45, or 60 km, or a gravel ride of 70 or 90 km. It is designed for those who prefer dirt under their tires: the MTB routes consist mainly of unpaved paths and single tracks, with minimal paved roads. The course features narrow paths, tight turns, sandy sections, gravel lanes, and fall colors instead of smooth road mileage. The gravel option offers a different pace, combining wide and narrow gravel paths with sand tracks and paved sections. The Najaarstocht has been held for over 15 years, and the club’s volunteers use it to showcase the local nature to other MTB and gravel riders. Participants receive substantial feed stops, including bakery snacks, and the club provides its own clear signage for easy navigation.
