Oldejuje Buffeltocht 2026

The Oldejuje Buffeltocht is an annual mountain bike tour originating from Oldemarkt in the Kop van Overijssel region. STC Oldemarkt has organized this event since 2021. Participants begin in the morning from Landwinkel/Camping de Waterbuffelfarm, selecting one of three available distances: 30, 40, or 50 km. This is a recreational MTB ride, not a competition for rankings. Entry fees are reduced for NTFU members, and children aged 16 and under can participate without charge. The routes incorporate forest paths, service tracks, singletrack, and natural obstacles, emphasizing off-road terrain over extended road segments. Two aid stations are situated along the routes. The starting location provides parking, separate shower facilities, and a bike wash. A local custom includes complimentary coffee or tea offered before the ride, aligning with the Waterbuffelfarm location and the event's "buffeltocht" designation.
