Join the OWC Gravel Ride on September 13th for a day of scenic unpaved paths, Twente nature, and a fun cycling experience. This accessible yet challenging gravel ride is open to everyone. The event features a single registration fee for the entire day, allowing you to choose your own distance. Several beautiful loops starting and ending at the clubhouse are available around Oldenzaal. You can combine loops to create your ideal distance: 23 km (40m elevation), 44 km (70m elevation), 63 km (110m elevation), 84 km (200m elevation), 101 km (280m elevation), and 123 km (370m elevation). You can decide to add more loops even during the ride. Upon arrival, you will receive coffee and gingerbread. A rest stop with refreshments is available at the clubhouse between loops. After the event, a food stand will offer fries, snacks, or drinks, with two tokens provided per participant. The focus is on a shared, sporty day with respect for fellow participants, walkers, and nature. Safety is emphasized, including helmet use and consideration for other road users. GPX routes for all distances will be provided; the route is not marked. Shower facilities and bike washing are available. Free parking is available near OWC Oldenzaal.
