Quintusloop

The Quintusloop begins and ends in the center of Hengelo, a village in Gelderland, Netherlands. This annual running event offers four race distances: 1 km, 5 km, 10 km, and a half marathon. Runner participation is limited to 750, making it a focused local race instead of a large urban event. The longer courses incorporate both paved and unpaved paths across the green Achterhoek countryside. The 1 km children's run is designed for ages 3 to 12, with two laps allowing families to view the participants multiple times. The event has a long history; its 10th edition saw 675 participants in and around Hengelo.
