About this race
The Rotterdam Charity Run is a Friday walking and running event held in Kralingse Bos, a large park on Rotterdam’s east side. Participants can select a 5 km or 10 km route; the 10 km starts in the evening, followed shortly by the 5 km. The Erasmus MC Foundation organizes this event to support cancer research at the Erasmus MC Cancer Institute.
The format is straightforward: walk or run, raise funds, and complete the course in a park setting instead of city streets. The program features a Funrun and a Parkloop, with categories for men, women, youth, adapted sports, and corporate teams. Entry is limited to 2,500 participants, with no late registration available. The 5 km registration fee is €20.
