RUNFORESTRUN Indian Summer

The Indian Summer Ultra is a trail race in Drenthe, Netherlands, primarily on unpaved paths. Routes vary from short trail distances to 100-kilometer ultras. The race connects Rolde and Gasselte, with at least 95% of the course off-road. It is designed for runners seeking forests, heath, sand, and field paths over city asphalt. The route crosses sections of Drentsche Aa National Park, including the Balloërveld and Gasterse Duinen. Longer distances are available for solo runners, duos, or relay teams of up to five people.
