Spek & Wos Gravelrit

The Spek & Wos Gravelrit begins at Veldegge 5 in Enter, a village in Overijssel in the eastern Netherlands. It is an autumn gravel touring ride organized by Tourclub Enter. Riders can select between 55 km and 80 km routes. Pre-registration is available at a low fee, with online sign-up typically open until the day before the ride. The routes traverse farmland and forest tracks near Enter. The 55 km option includes over 55 km of off-road riding and some challenging elevation changes. The event attracts a relaxed local cycling group. Its name is descriptive: following the ride, participants receive the traditional spek en worst (bacon and sausage), which contributes to the organizer's description of it as a Twents cycling party.
