Taxandria Vennenloop Oisterwijk

The Taxandria Vennenloop begins and assembles at the Taxandria athletics track in Oisterwijk, Brabant, Netherlands, directing runners toward the town’s woods and fens. This annual road running event occurs on the third Saturday of April, featuring paved main races of 5 km, 10 km, and 15 km, alongside youth runs of 400 m, 800 m, and 1,760 m. The longer courses follow hard-surfaced paths past the Oisterwijk woods and several fen areas, offering a nature-focused route without trail conditions. The 15 km race is included in the Regio13 Road Circuit and has a time limit, creating a more competitive atmosphere than the shorter distances. The event is designed for juniors, club runners, and local road racers, with a limit of 1,000 participants, Atletiekunie affiliation, late registration availability, and a finisher medal for all who complete their chosen distance.
