About this race
The Veluwse Ultra Trail challenges runners through the Veluwe, beginning at Landgoedhotel Stakenberg. Participants will traverse paths, heath, and sand flats on two distinct 50 km loops. The northern loop includes Hendriksbos and Beekhuizerzand, while the southern loop goes through Elspeterbosch and Nunspeet's forests. Some 10-15 km sections require self-sufficiency; bring your own cup or bottle, as disposables are not offered. Finishers of the ultras receive an automatic UTMB index. A drop bag is provided for 75 km and 100 km runners.
