Bèrghem Ultra Marathon

The Bèrghem Ultra Marathon is a self-supported forest ultra in Norway, with routes through Moss, Indre Østfold, and Østmarka. The Helvetesmyra 260K edition is based in Ringsaker in Innlandet and offers 130 km and 260 km options, featuring 5,800 meters of climbing on the long course. This is an expedition-style race, not a marked, catered trail event. Runners navigate using the club GPS track on unmarked trails, carrying all necessary supplies. Aid stations, drop bags, pacers, pets, and outside assistance are not provided. The format is suited for experienced ultra runners proficient in navigation, resource management, and extended self-sufficient movement through forest terrain.
