About this race
Fevik Løbestævne is a small annual race series held at Fevik stadion in Grimstad, Norway. Races take place on Sundays in May, August, and October. Shorter races include 3000 m, 5000 m, and 10000 m options. The Fevik program also features a half marathon and a 5 km race on a measured route. It is open to runners of all levels, with registration at the start for the later series races.
The half marathon begins and ends at Fevik stadion. The course proceeds through Strandsvingen, Moy Moner, Vik, and Bringsværd, then follows the old disused railway line near Opplandsvegen before returning the same way. The surface is approximately half gravel and half asphalt. The route is considered fast and easy to run, suitable for those aiming for a personal best or new to the half marathon distance. The half marathon has completed over twenty editions, while the Fevik 5 km is a more recent addition.
