Lørenskogløpet is a family-focused road race in Lørenskog, Norway, organized by Lørenskog Friidrettslag and Lørenskog Løpeklubb. The race is run in late summer on a fast, easy asphalt course, with a 10-kilometer distance for runners seeking a quick time and a 5-kilometer option for those wanting a shorter effort. The route uses a flat loop around Lørenskog center, with the 5k covering one lap and starting separately from the longer race. There is also a children's race with no lower age limit, so the day is designed for club runners, local families, beginners, and kids rather than only serious racers. The race was updated with a flatter course, supported by individuals in the local running community including Lørenskog Løpeklubb chair Lars Peter Raknes, and interest has been strong enough for organizers to anticipate record participation.
