Lierløpet begins and ends at Lier Station in Norway, offering 5 km, 10 km, and half-marathon distances on paved roads and wide paths. This is a monthly race series organized by RUNDRM, with Nærnes Løpeklubb serving as the technical organizer. It attracts both regular runners and recreational athletes from the Drammen region.
The course is considered one of Norway's fastest, because of its straightforward surface and lack of trail-style terrain. The 5 km route has 31 meters of elevation gain, while the 10 km and half marathon gain 168 and 226 meters, respectively, meaning the longer races are not entirely flat. A children's race, USBL Barneløpsfestivalen LierSpurten, takes place before the main events, contributing to the atmosphere of a local running club gathering rather than a standalone road race.
