Midtsommarløpet

Midtsommarløpet is a midsummer race in Korsvegen on Hølonda, with a course just under 10 km. It is mainly a forest-terrain run, and the event has a trim class for untimed participation plus a timed fun run class that starts in the evening. The race has been run for more than forty editions and is treated locally as a Hølonda tradition. The timed class awards prizes to the top three runners, while the trim class uses draw prizes, so the event makes room both for people chasing a result and people who want a lower-pressure forest run.
